I went to Olney Modern Dentistry as a new patient and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Ms. Keta, the receptionist. She informed me that they could not verify my insurance so I provided her with that information. She made a few calls and got everything set up for me. I found the entire staff, Ms. Keta, Ms. Ebony, Ms. Chambers and my dentist, Dr. Nanyunja very professional. They explained everything that was going to happen from the x- rays, the exam and the cleaning. They came up with a treatment and payment plan. I would highly recommend the Olney Modern Dentistry.

The Olney Modern Dentistry team is awesome. Highly recommend! If you have any dentist fears, they will help alleviate that! When I called to make the appointment Ms. Keta was wonderful and patient as I asked questions before finalizing my appointment. When I arrived she was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Nanyunja then greeted me, also very welcoming, and introduced me to her assistant that helped with X-rays. Dr Nanyunja then reviewed and explained my scans/pictures and helped to educated me. This is the most time I have spent with the a dentist prior to treatment even starting. Dr Nanyunja and Ms.Keta collaborated with me to create and schedule the treatment plan for my dental health. I truly appreciate the education and transparency the team has given me. I especially appreciate the time and patience and not rushing the process.
