I’m writing in appreciation for your well run Olney Modern Dentistry office. Keta, the office manager, is amazing in the way she handles many things ( from phones to questions about billing and more) at once with courtesy, calm and competency. Because there has been quite a bit of turnover in personnel I would suggest that she is the lynchpin of the office and the familiar face each time we have an appointment. I had my 6 month cleaning today and found Kiara Chambers, the Hygienist, to be gentle and very thorough in the procedure. All appointments and dental work that my husband and I have had has been most satisfactory. Thank you.
