People are friendly and place is clean

I had such a wonderful experience at Olney Modern Dentistry. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while and was extremely anxious going into my appointment, but Dr. Kim and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. I never felt judged or embarrassed, and they took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I was also worried about the cost of treatment, and I really appreciated how transparent they were. The office manager, Heather, came in and walked me through the costs and my treatment plan beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect. I ended up needing several things done, and they were able to take care of everything in one visit, which was such a relief. Dr. Kim made an appointment I had been absolutely dreading feel completely manageable, and I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. I’m genuinely so glad I chose this office and already have my next appointment booked. I would especially recommend Dr. Kim and the team to anyone who has dental anxiety or has been putting off going because they’re nervous. Thank you for making such a stressful experience such a positive one! ❤️

***Updated Review*** My initial experience at, and subsequent returns to, Olney Modern Dentistry were stellar. I wanted to write an additional review today to give a shout out to Dr. Kim and one of the assistants, Camilla. Dr. Kim, Camilla and I are getting well acquainted after several visits to address a variety of issues. Today was permanent crown installations. I will write in this review what I told them both after they completed the work. While consummate professionals, both Dr. Kim and Camilla are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and clearly talented. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Kim and can say the same about Camilla. Beyond getting great results, they work very hard to ensure that I am comfortable and happy with the results. Moreover, they work exceptionally well together. I am very happy to have Dr. Kim, Camilla and all of the team in this terrific dental practice in my corner and recommend Olney Modern Dentistry without hesitation. This was my first visit to Olney Modern Dentistry. From the moment I walked in until it was time to leave, I was very well taken care of. Heather greeted me with a smile and got me checked in. After a short wait, Dr. Ninan called me to the back and reviewed any concerns. I found her to be professional, friendly and engaging. Dr. Ninan introduced me to Somikas, who professionally and efficiently handled my x-rays. Next up was the hygienist, whose name escapes me. Similar to the rest of the staff, he was friendly, explained everything he was going to do and handled his work very efficiently. Next, Dr. Ninan reviewed the x-ray and hygienic results and we discussed areas to address and a go forward plan. Finally, Marie joined to me discuss finances and handled scheduling. She was excellent and helped put my mind at ease in terms of payment options. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this office and team. They are true professionals and work very hard to put you at ease and ensure that you have a clear understanding of your dental health and cost of the work.
